    c. Dawn Kilner Last year I said something out loud for the first time. It was utterly terrifying. After 15 years of living in secret, I came out to the world as HIV+. It was a very public coming out. I made a theatre show about how I got HIV the first time I ever had sex aged 16 - over 400 people saw it.
